Since its founding in 1995, Gary Bowman has led the growth of Bowman into a national engineering firm with over 100 U.S. offices and reaching #72 on ENR's current list of Top 500 Design Firms in the U.S. He took the company public in May 2012. As CEO, he has guided Bowman through oversight of strategy, acquisitions and operational execution. In February 2026, Gary announced his plans to retire as Bowman CEO and director in 2026 with the appointment of his successor. As part of the transition, he is expected to serve as Senior Advisor to the company to support an orderly process.

Bruce Labovitz has over 35 years of experience in financial management and strategy. As chief financial officer, Bruce oversees accounting, financial reporting, financing, treasury, tax, corporate assets and investor relations. Bruce has worked in a variety of industries for both private and public companies. As CFO of Comstock Homebuilding Companies, he led the company though a successful IPO, managed its transition from private to public and oversaw multiple subsequent capital markets, debt and M&A transactions.

Daniel Swayze, a licensed professional engineer with more than 16 years of operational management experience, joined Bowman in 2022 as executive vice president of energy services. He has since advanced to division manager, overseeing the company's transportation, MEP and renewables practices. Previously, he was the chief operating officer at Onyx Renewable Partners L.P., where he managed engineering, procurement, construction, and asset management divisions. As chief operating officer at Bowman, Dan is responsible for the oversight of all professional services operations.

Elizabeth Abdoo has served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since May 2026. Prior she served as Senior Legal Advisor to Bowman since November 2020. Ms. Abdoo previously served for more than 18 years as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and corporate Secretary for Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ: HST), an S&P 500 company and the nation’s largest lodging real estate investment trust. She began her legal career in the corporate and securities practices at firms in New York and Washington DC. She is a graduate of Georgetown University, where she currently serves on the Board of Regents, and Georgetown Law.

MK Gribbons is an experienced Human Resources leader, who has successfully implemented strategic HR initiatives across various organizations including Fortune 250 companies and within transportation, manufacturing, logisitics and senior housing industries. MK specializes in leading companies through complex business expansion, turnaround, transition, and M&A in multi-site environments with distributed workforces. She has a track record of building high-performing teams and processes that help translate corporate vision into superior business results.

Matt Mullenix joined Bowman in 2022 as the Company’s chief information officer (CIO) and chief information security officer (CISO). He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the IT industry, including executive positions at publicly traded companies and roles as a United States Department of Defense IT contractor. As CIO and CISO, Matt oversees the people, processes and technologies within Bowman’s IT operations to ensure technology initiatives support the Company’s business goals, while also leading the information security program to protect the Company’s systems and assets.
